First of all, please contact us to help you with this procedure.
If the item is in its original condition and no more than 14 days have passed since you received it, we will accept your return and process a full refund of the item to the original payment method.
The customer service team will provide you with a code that you will need to enclose inside the return package.
Send us the order on your own, and once we receive it at our warehouse, we will refund you the full amount of your order.
RECOMMENDATION: RECOMMENDATION: ask for the tracking code of the agency you use, this shipment is under your responsibility.

I want to cancel an order that has not arrived yet.

- In the case that it has already left our warehouse, when you receive the package you will have to reject it and when it arrives at our facilities we will proceed to refund the total minus the shipping cost to assume the return costs.

There is a problem with my order
Siempre hacemos el mayor esfuerzo para que tu producto te llega en un estado perfecto. De vez en cuando puede pasar que recibas un producto erróneo, defectuoso o que tu pedido esté dañado en tránsito. Si es el caso, queremos resolver el problema inmediatamente.
